We were originally slated to see “Moon River & Me” - music of Andy Williams sung by Jimmy Osmond. I was notified in early January that Jimmy Osmond suffered a stroke and the concert was being replaced with “Liza and Judy”. This duo was coming from a long stint in Las Vegas with a dazzling tribute of the famed mother-daughter duo, Judy Garland and Liza Minelli. Not everyone is a fan of this duo, but I am so I accepted the swap. Though I enjoyed the production overall, I was expecting more. The vocals were spot on, but the duo continually transitioned between Judy and Liza which became distracting. I don’t know that I would see it again, but I am glad I did see it once.
